    Remember This Name: Roki Sasaki
    20 year old pitcher from japan. He almost pitched back to back perfect games. Was removed in the 9th of last game after pitching 17 consecutive perfect innings.

                Does not really matter. he is not a free agent until 2032. kid will be 30 years old, with all of his best years behind him

                  I'm quite certain he doesn't mind breaching his Japanese league contract. Whatever club gets him I'm sure would pay any and all buyout fees if necessary, for sure.

                      it wouldn't be a breach, his team would post him and they would get a fee. but still very unlikely until for 5-6 more years because he couldn't get big money with the current international signings bonus pool cap.
