Huh? Who says that? You have to get your nutrients in, eating meat and veggies only isn't a must for that.

Gave up eating meat a long time ago and I'm not missing anything, quite the contrary. Also, your Indian or have Indian roots, you know your people survive just fine without eating meat.

Indians have huge rates of diabetes and high blood pressure plus cholesterol issues. If they don't eat meat where do they get thar from?

Anyways whole food diet will reverse any metabolic issues. That's a proven thing. Meat and veggies only with limited fruit like berries and a bit of Greek yogurt and you are on the way.

Vegan is okay but that's not for me.

Amazing this is the exact meal I would purchase… all though I’d probably get mash….. but I’d any day of the week spend a hundred on a meal like that…. Also washed down with I'm assuming a few glasses of Coca Cola, initially I thought I was looking at a T bone all though that looks great, props this guy knows were and how to eat.

Potatoes boiled with probably zero seasoning. Bread isn't home-made but store-bought. Take it from a guy who knows: I've seen better "steakhouse" presentation at Outback. And at least the bread is legit.

T bone same as Porterhouse. NY strip on one side of bone, filet on the other side.
