I don't think that's high enough honestly. Look at history of cub games when winds reach 20 mph blowing out - they're typically around 17-18 total runs

Any mid range fly ball will be a homerun tonight. This is in addition to a great matchup for the hitters.

Yes

You need a high velocity guy in this kind of weather to survive. Weathers is a contact guy - he gives up a lot of hard contact. I would expect cubs to hit 3-4 homeruns in this game. Just get the ball in the air and you got a chance at a homerun

They are but that's more pitching than offense. Their offense is about avg and they have excellent matchup against a terrible pitcher in the best possible hitting conditions
