Just because a pro says you need real time odds to operate doesn't mean getting something real time turns you into a pro.

After several pages have gone by, I default to my initial posts in this thread.

The more widely it's used the easier it will be to manipulate the market and the bettors...this is good for some of us, but bad for nearly all the rest of you.

I doubt anyone in this thread will see it coming...lol.

Remember, it's not the info, it's how you use it.

So many in a hurry to pay for something that, if not used correctly, will cost a lot more than the subscription they paid.

I'm just saying that if you don't already know what to do with information like this then getting and having this information is not going to help you.

For the record, I do not plan on even looking into this product, I believe I have access to everything I need. From what is described in this thread, I already have real time down to seconds and have created my own alerts...something I've talked about in the past.

Make no mistake, I do pay for what I have, a price that has gone up since onshore legalization and since Pinny changed their API business and Pinnysolutions.

For live trading Deck Prism is the way to go.

I do not who "spanky" is and doubt he can provide anything I don't already get, through relationships with books.

That doesn't take away from the value of his project, it's just not a new thing.

If you are not trying to beat books using a technical exploit like chasing steam, real time is not important to you.

If you are living in a legal state and are not so desperate for a way to earn income you want to turn the fun of gambling into a job, then a line comparison service without offshore is also not "useless".

Give the vast majority "real time" over delay and they will have no idea what to do with it.

This is why information packaged like this can become widespread, it doesn't really reduce an edge it can create for knowledgeable users. Although, once the US market is saturated, this could change...a concept I'm still sort of working out in my head.
