Was thinking about this the other day. I have in the past, but not always. That's different than at a restaurant, where I tip 20% minimum.
Do you guys tip when collecting your winnings??
No, and I'm not a skin flint either.
I'll tip the paperboy, I'll tip the cocktail waitress two dollars on a bottled water, I'll tip the barber...
I have to draw the line somewhere.

I'm with ya Steve. Everyone these days wants a tip for doing their job. Got ice cream the other day, because I paid with a debit card, they said here's a question for you and turned the machine over to me to tip them. With cash, no questions asked.
If I win 1k or more I will throw them at least a $50. If I’m only betting 100s I don’t tip the ticket writers. Although I did used to see the same kid working at the old book at the Peppermill in Wendover. Anyway I would always ask him who everybody was betting on and if any known sharps had anything pending. I would tip that kid all the time for the info that helped out quite a few times. Most ticket writers are either not smart enough to know what you are really asking or they are miserable pricks and don’t want to help anyone else win.

The point of sale tipping is out of control. I'm not sure that the workers even get those tips. I just pay cash now whenever possible.
Happy that taking any tip as a casino gaming worker is illegal here and will see them lose their license to work there.
Pay rates are probably quite a bit higher though to account for that. But I'd prefer business costs are borne by the business and not left up to if a customer is nice enough to pay their employees properly.
I've been fortunate enough to make a few final tables in some regional tournaments.
Few of those tournaments when the final nine is set we pool our money, usually 20 dollars or so a person for the dealers.
i hardly tip at the window. possibly a dealer if i like how they are handling the table compared to other horrible dealers.
as for tipping, they need to do something. it can't be there is a tip expected for every fcuking little thing. if a 30 yr old woman is doing my groceries and wants a tip she better show me some nipple or rub my banana.
If I hit decent money, and its a person that I've gotten to know and I get a little insight from (e.g. sharp bets that have come in), I'll drop some bills to the ticket writer. But, definitely not if the person is a dick. Not always but, these are usually the old, pissed off at life white guys with no hair, and 300+lbs).
I usually tip the most at the craps table if the dealers have been good and looking out for my stacks.
nevahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh its not a service thatrequires tipping only waiters waitresses food delivery guy etc,,,, like am i gonna tip a mcd's worker NOWAY
all places i used to pickup orders from to deliver to private homes have tip jars hey yo i came to you to buy food you didnt come to my house threre fore NO TIP give me something free like a drink or extra muffins then i give ya a tip.
Thats the de f of gratuity it;s a gift for services provided!
Definitely a handful of cheap fukks in here. If you don’t wanna tip that’s fine but the dejected reaction by some in this thread of the idea of giving a tip is disgusting.

Polo we’re gonna have to put you in horny jail, I’m sorry
It’s called having some class. If I’m at the window picking up a couple grand from some guy making $11 an hour I’m gonna hook him up instead of rub his nose in s*** if you don’t want to tip fine but don’t call people suckers cuz they are generous. Lol shouldnt expect anything f less from a true HEEB though. JJ squeezes a quarter so hard the eagle screams.
I love these guys see a pretty girl and they tip them way more than they should and then the girls laughing at them when she walks away what a
Sucker
you mean the bottle service girl on IG with her tan glitter covered tig ole bitties and ass cake hanging out the bottom of her daisy dukes doesn't really like me when she smiles and rubs my shoulder?
People that tip are usually insecure and looking for acceptance

Never ever tip tellers
i got to disagree and side with kid. for those where tips are standard, i do it to be generous and brighten someone's day. not an outrageous amount, that i agree is very showy, but something beyond the normal that makes them feel good.
