Apparently I had to. Folks thought I was bitching about complaining and I wasn't.

I believe the squeaky wheel will get oil, even if it squeaks for a year. This thread should continue to squeak, by those who mean to squeak, immaturity and misinformation has no place here. I made my point get or don't get it. It's the same in any thread.

Why doesn't SBR just tell us the points are worthless instead of just leading us on with free contests and a free 6 or 12 points a day?

In an effort to accommodate more orders, the point redemption limit was lowered to 4,000. Due to extremely high demand and limited availability, remaining store items are temporarily out of stock.

Our goal will continue to be making the store accessible to as many members as possible. I will update this thread soon once items are back up for sale again. Appreciate your understanding.

But for guys to leave here then when the store opens come back with their hand out, then have rhe nerve to complain that it took long for them to get their free stuff is ridiculous.

Guys who left should be last in line to get stuff, the guys who stayed loyal through this whole shitshow should get first dibs.

under that logic, i can only use my frequent flier miles if i keep flying a couple times a year

yeah at this point, after over a year, it's a weird situation

frustration for many probably lies in the "not knowing" whether they have a few hundred bucks (or thousands) or whether their points are worthless

i guess it's the old story of use 'em if you got 'em... i had a ton of points at other places like handicappers hideaway that became worthless because i sat on them, never thought that would happen here, but if you live long enough everything goes away

It is amazing how they planned the opening of the store for 10 months making sure everything will work flawlessly and the store run out of stock of electronic giftcards that are sent by email in 3 days. If the store had only 10 giftcards available for the whole season then why didn't they have a ruffle on who is going to get their order fullfilled since the orders where 100x more than the available stock?

I don't think anyone would have been bashing them now if they came up clean and they said we only have 10 giftcards to give so we are going to have a ruffle of whose order will be fulfilled.
