Eddie, the struggle is real and you should treat it as such. It's not a "take support wherever you can get it" type of war, even though that sounds good.

There are proven, effective methods to fight what is essentially a lifelong committment to a lifelong war, one battle at a time.

Those methods DO NOT include opening up to a sport betting forum, and most definitely DO NOT include involving SBR.

I hope you get, not superficial well wishes, but the actual, proven support that millions have and still rely on to this day. You can only get it if you seek it out, appropriately.

It is my hope that by giving any attention to this issue to SBR that you are not failing to put your attention somewhere proven to be more constructive and effective.

Again, the struggle is real and even though you won't win every battle and there could even be backsliding, a committment to the war starts with a committment to proven methodology.

Seek it out, not at a gambling forum, but locally, where it stands. Do the right thing EddieMush. Stand, not before an anonymous internet crowd of no faces that inevitably don't count, but among a live room of peers, and make your declaration of alcoholism.

It's the courage of the admission, the bravery required, that makes the admission so powerful and it undermines the need for courage and it's power if you just start a thread declaring a grand admission. It's important that you see that fact and to not be discouraged, stay honest, but be honest for real.

Funny how some people are either super happy, sad and depressed, or are angry and violent when drinking. I can't stand mean drunks!

When I drink I get happy, sensitive in a good way and am loving life. I think it comes down to your natural demeanor and what type of person you are. If you are a miserable angry or depressed loser to begin with alcohol and or drugs only makes it worse and amplifies your shitty thoughts and behavior when you drink or smoke up..

Must be happy in life when sober. Your buzzes will be better and people will probably like you more when you're around them when lit and buzzing.

That's my do good post for the day! Back to the games...

Just remember, it didn't take a day or two to become an alcoholic, the results in the opposite direction take time as well
