Tomlin has never missed the playoffs in his career. You don't fire a coach like him to experiment with someone new. The guy won a superbowl and coached in another one. That's 2 superbowl appearances. You're gonna fire that coach? Lol.

I don't know the beef between Irsay and Reich? But I do admire a coach basically saying... hey... I'm not here to judge you on what you accomplished 4-5 years ago. I'm here to judge you on your playing performance TODAY. And quite frankly... you are stinking up the field... and causing us to lose. Colts had an amazing defensive scheme going on against the Eagles last week... and how long did you expect that defense to hold against Philly? Matt Ryan has been a total fukk up so far... and he's letting the entire team down.

Irsay will figure out it wasn't Reich... it was Ryan. Colts won't make the playoffs with Ryan... might as well give the rest of the year to Ehlinger.
