The cold side. For now. Tried to move to Miami for good - sale of a property in NY fell through. So it's back to an overpriced rental in Florida in January. I don't even know what's the point any more. Might as well not be a pussycat and deal with the cold.

Speaking of health - just got my bloodwork back from the doctor (I only went under duress from my woman & my family) ... Every cholesterol measure was into 5 alarm fire zone. Basically never eating red meat again. Or butter. Or fried chicken. Or spaghetti & meatballs.

The only thing I have left that I like is coffee. Oh well.

Sounds like you have quality people who demand you have a better quality of life by design.

I get the cold side, not many in my family still around Chicagoland. At least the flying insects are gone.

Stay healthy and when interest rates go down, you'll be leaving town.

Move to Florida. I'd rather sweat and lose weight in the humid heat and be more active in the sunshine.

Heat vs Cold? Make a life choice!

If you want something in the middle California climate is where it's at. Pretty much 70 or 75 degrees all year round in the day time near the beach. Good luck living here though where I live and afford it while not being car jacked. Homeless suck also. Traffic is garbage. Beaches are getting dirty now also. California dreaming is a thing of the past.

Have been on forums off and on for 20 or so years.

Have heard of many posters who passed away. It is always sad to hear.

But this one is hitting differently.

Did not know I could feel this empty losing a friend I never met in person nor spoke with by phone.

Praying for Chico's soul.
