For your play to hit, I think you need two things:
1) Ohio St QB has to contribute to Rutgers w/ turnovers.
2) Rutgers might need a TD return off Def/SpecTms.

I could see them giving OSU a run but an outright win is pretty unlikely, more than 6.5-1 unlikely. Rutgers offense will be a struggle every play to have success. Would suggest taking the points instead, good luck!
