Unfortunately, poster chico2663 passed away this fall, so instead of refunding 100 points to an inactive account I am hosting a 3000 point freeroll contest in his honor (Optional was nice enough to add an extra 900 points to the pool, and swordsandtequila & stevenash each added another 1k).
