Here's the stat I have: Phx swept the season-series, 3-0. And Phx has beaten MINN 10 of 11 over L3 years.
...I don't know what matchup PHX feasts on. But they seem to kill this team.

*Clips: Harden/Leonard - are these real injuries?

*Dall: If you want to see something funny, look at the Injury list for Sunday's (just completed) game. You'd have to believe that the team bus got in a crash to think that all starters + key reserves had to miss the game.

Gave my opinion on the Dall/Clip series. I like the Mav chances to win.

That said, the impact Leonard's injury has on the line is way too much. This guy is not in his prime.

Clips have enough pieces to win 4 of 7, especially considering the HCA. I like my Mav future, but I'm not sure I'll be involved in this series. Market value is way too anti-Clip based on Leonard status.

I go back to a few things that triggered that play for me:
1) Wolves came up short in the L2 big games of the Regular Season. They could have locked down the 1-seed.
2) Towns played poorly in those two games. Figured it could only get better for him.
3) 0-3 h2h vs PHX in Reg Season. But people make too much of those Series stats.

Contrarian angles lined up. Public hated MINN in this series, but it wound up being very easy.

Question is did the T'Wolves sweep because they were great or because the Suns were disappointing (i.e to the public)?

I think the later. T'Wolves right up there with the Thunder & Nuggets record wise. Suns struggled the majority of the season. Major slippage from Durant this season. Serious issues for that squad. Bad trades... James Jones ruined everything he had built -new ownership forced his hand I think.
