    Calling All Caesars Sportsbook Users

Could any Caesars players please help us enhance our sportsbook reviews by answering a few short questions on your experience:

    1) What factor(s) led you to sign up at Caesars? Did these live up to your expectations?

    2) What features would you say stand out for you at Caesars compared to other books?

    3) What features do you feel could be improved?

    4) Do you use the App or Website interface the most? How do you like the user interface?

    5) Overall, how would you rate your experience playing there?

Thank you for taking the time to provide insight on the Caesar Sportsbook. We appreciate it!

I play at Caesars and MGM. Like the fact they are LV books. Caesars a solid shop and I like the fact they let you parlay side and total on same game whereas MGM does not. As for what could be improved I do not se 1st Q or 1st half lines offered. I may be missing it not sure. I like the interface. Again Caesars a solid out. thx.

        1) What factor(s) led you to sign up at Caesars? Did these live up to your expectations?

        A. Initial large bet promo.
        B. Rewards & status level earning.

        2) What features would you say stand out for you at Caesars compared to other books?

Plus odds sometimes best of all books.

        3) What features do you feel could be improved?

        Everything-

        A. Customer Service- slow responding back and curt. Worst of all by a far margin.

        Bean Counting-

        B. Rewards earning has been severely diminished.
        C. Comps slashed when you win regularly.

        4) Do you use the App or Website interface the most? How do you like the user interface?

Web interface on touchscreen laptop easiest and quickest.

        5) Overall, how would you rate your experience playing there?

It's certainly not upscale high roller treatment.
Was refused opening promo on a technicality, which to boot took couple weeks to both initially respond to and in between replies.

But don't really care about any particular book anyway.
I only bet with odds comparison- whichever book has highest odds or promo is used / when they limit spread out to next highest / any points or comps are only incidental found money- they only factor in when substantial.

          1. I signed up with Caesars because I was banned from MGM. FanDuel and DraftKings aren't available in NV. Caesars is not great but not bad.

          2. Some live bets on Overs pay as soon it hits instead of at the end of the game. Withdrawal by debit card is free and usually within 30 minutes.

          3. This one absolutely pissed me off. If you redeem reward credits for bonus cash then you have to wager it before making a withdrawal. I had about $8,000. I was going to make a withdrawal at 10am when the sportsbook opened. Maybe at 9am I converted $14 worth of reward credits. At 10 am I tried to withdraw but couldn't because I had a bonus cash. When wagering, they take from your sportbook balance first and then your bonus cash. So I essentially had to wager $8014 before I could withdraw just because I redeemed a small amount of reward credits.

If I had withdrawn first and then converted $14 worth of reward credits then I wouldn't have had to wager my entire balance.

          4. App

          5. 6/10

I hope SBR can help get something done about that.

Even a warning how the system works as someone attempts to convert rewards to bonus bets sounds like it would help?

              1. I wanted a legal out with a signup bonus. I thought a legal book would have a higher level of honesty and professionalism than offshore. Caesars did not live up to my expectation.

              2. The software has more glitches than most. Customer service is a mixture of dishonest and incompetent beyond other books. Live chat kicks questions to email which are then not answered. Disputes are directed to be emailed to complaint@caesars.com, which then get bounced back because they have a server problem.

              3. Customer service. The location verification frequently does not work. The app software is very slow.

              4. I use the cell phone app the most because location verification doesn't work on the website. I do not like the app.

              5. When I signed up the had a very lucrative sign up bonus. Other than that my experience has been awful.

                1. Good signup bonus
                2. Easy to withdraw
                3. 20 cent baseball lines and being limited
                4. Interface, it's good but not great
                5. Good

                  1. Sign up bonus and Caesars rewards...yes and no...I made diamond plus in a few months a few years ago but then they changed the way tier credits were earned for the worse.

                  2. Being able to convert reward credits at 1:1 and use them for betting. Not much else.

                  3. The app is slow and glitchy. Live betting options, markets, interface can be improved. Juice is higher than other books. Whether I bet a chalk or dog the line always seems to be worse there.

                  4. App 100%. Dont like it all. Out of the big boy apps as far as user friendly and speed I would rank FD, Bet365, DK, MGM, Caesars

                  5. I don't play there very much because I have a host and am gold on MGM, I am close to diamond on DK and they have the best promos, B365 has the best lines and FD has the user friendly app. Also DK and 365 have instant withdrawals.

If I was on a mission to try and earn status at Caesars then maybe I would play more on there.

                    1) What factor(s) led you to sign up at Caesars? Did these live up to your expectations? I "was" a loyal Caesars Rewards member and was able to earn RC and TC's towards my Vegas and AC trips.

                    2) What features would you say stand out for you at Caesars compared to other books? None anymore. They are lacking in every aspect.

                    3) What features do you feel could be improved? Bring back the Caesars Rewards for Ontario. Re-enable the Sportsbook on desktop.

                    4) Do you use the App or Website interface the most? How do you like the user interface? Both are terrible and outdated but I used to use the website until they removed the Sportsbook on May 1st.

                    5) Overall, how would you rate your experience playing there? Terrible. I will no longer use them and give my play to MGM both online and when I play in Vegas/AC.

They 100% need faster Debit Card payouts. DK and FD do it in minutes, Caesars sometimes take 24 hours for a 999 payout anything over 1k its over 48 hours?? Makes no sense

                          1. Great signup bonus
                          2. Great lines on live soccer and live foreign basketball favorites
                          3. Does not display score of live foreign basketball games that they offer wagers on
                          4. Use the app, it is hard to open up some days
                          5. Good

That is odd. Can't say I've ever waited 24 hrs mine usually transfered in just a couple minutes.

Not true. Caesars used to be tolerant of sharp play. Not any more. Players are getting limited. The Caesars Rewards were great but you won't be able to maintain your tier status once you've been limited unless you're a big casino player. Enjoy Atlantis while you can. Will probably be your last free trip.

Caesars needs to bring their sportsbook back to desktop/laptop. What a terrible and unwarranted decision it was to remove their sportsbook from an entire platform like that. If doing so were such a great idea, then why haven't DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, and all the other sportsbooks done it?

Heavily agree with answer #1. They lowered the tier credits and reward credits earnings by so much, you now need to wager $15 million in sports bets to be able to hit the 7 Star tier. I hit 7 star tier in 2023 about half way through the year. They don't need to go back to 2023 levels, but the level of earning its currently at is absolutely nothing.

The app is also pretty bad when you compare to DraftKings and Fanduel, too many glitches/bugs and random crashes.

But yeah, my main concern with Caesars is the butchering of the tier credits and reward credits to the point where its not even worth betting there for rewards anymore. I'm hearing now they are limiting bettors as well when they used to take pretty big action on even sharp bettors.

I have been playing slots on Caesar’s the past couple months and didn’t think it could any worse than Fanatics but boy was I wrong, straight dogshit. I wouldn’t recommend Caesar’s to nobody, can go fk themselves!!
