Both sides have gone through coaching changes in the hope that they might qualify for Euro or W/Cup play. For Belarus , who have never been able to so , the change has been met with disastrous results, 4 - 0 losses to Russia & Israel and a scoreless draw at lowly Malta. Bulgaria have fared much better under new coach Iliev , with a win and 4 draws against much better competition ( Slovenia , Romania , Serbia & Azerbaijan and a win over Tanzania ). Todays match is played on neutral turf in Hungary , eliminating any home field advantage for Belarus.

Europe Nations " A " League : Serbia vs Spain : 2:45pm

Serbia are a tough side to break down , as the Euro showcased. They start in their familiar 3 - 4 - 2 - 1 formation. They clog the midfield and defend up the pitch with a 3 man diamond across the pitch. Still , its defending Champs Spain and they will have you chasing shadows. Spain are in a 4-2-1-3 formation with Olmo as the central figure behing Williams , Perez and Yamal up front. Im a huge fan of Olmo and the way he plays the game. Barcelona also saw that in Euro 24, when he came on as a sub and lit up the Spanish run to the title , and snatched him away from Leipzig. It's hot and humid in Belgrade tonight , and the heat will play a part imo
