2 units to win 1.82 units
          NFL Miami -2.5 -110

No write up just a bet & a ticket. The better team is home in the South Florida hot weather and the line is under a field goal not gonna overthink it. This is a logical bet but not a lock.

-1.5 -108 on Heritage, and I think I agree. I wish I had the balls! Why do I still not trust Tua?

Yeah I got no money offshore right now, I'm strictly a cash money B&M sports bettor at this very moment in Sept. Hard Rock Bet my only option as well. I'm gonna have to pay Capital gain tax up the ass for my BTC sales from my sports-betting profits . So I need a break from that to end my year.

How do you purchase your tickets? Do you just drop a bunch of bands on the counter every time?

Do they run it through the counter? Seems like it would be a time consuming process, especially when it's time to collect and they have to procure 20 racks or whatever. Is it a hassle or pretty straight forward?

I bring a backpack full of money and drop it on the counter. It is a little time-consuming but the sportsbook is 10 minutes away from my house. This is only my 4th bet this season. I’m very selective, so far I’m OK with the process. They put the money through a counting machine takes a couple minutes and they write down my players card number. I guess they track big bets.

Early in the season but a must win spot for Miami. They have been dreadful against Allen and McDermott. In more ways than one this is Miami's season. 2nd quarter highest scoring quarter will be the play for me

Good point, especially early on in a season. These are not homer picks, these are information picks.

Right for you and anyone else reading this, I’m not mistaking this for a homer pick, nor did I think the U pick was a homer pick.

However the closer you are to a team, there can be advantages. You’re just sort of naturally absorbing more about that team and what goes on around it, which can provide you an edge if you know how to process it all.

I’m just in it to make money. The last time these two teams played in Miami I faded my Dolphins for a sizable bet as they were injured and trending downward, which was easy money.

                                    They're 3-0 ATS.

The Eagles game was played on Neptune or something, which is not considered a part of Philadelphia.

Yes, but Philly was still considered the “home team” by NFL and as such were given the first choice colors to wear. They picked black and skipped wearing green which Packers wore. Crowd hates green (soccer rivalry team colors) and booed Packers. So it’s close enough to a “home crowd” as you can get in a foreign country. 😁

As the thread title states aka Mr Miami.

I'm not saying Miami wins. But Donnie would have put lots of work in before he made this sizable bet. To me this is important and key. It is early in the season so anything is possible.

The fact that home teams seem to be winning right now should not be used as a Bible. That can change fast as these teams get lots of match time and into the swung of things.

                                        . Good luck all.

A little fun parlay for the weekend from a professional gambler, wish me luck because I’m not naïve to the fact that I will need it in order to cash this.

Yeah but for the sake of the gambling trend you denoted, all those things are meaningless. You can designate anything you want, but both teams had to fly there, adjustment to the time change, and practice/play in an unfamiliar environment.

Why you think the Browns are the proper side to be contrarian in that match up week 2 ?

Definitely not gonna hedge if it comes down to that last game and I can live with the result.

Browns were THOROUGHLY embarrassed with a roster with about as much "talent" as any. Watson trade is almost cemented as the worst deal in NFL history. I think if the browns had won they'd be favored here. I would have to imagine if any team was going to come out this week with something to prove it would be them, they have the roster to do so and the "coach of the year" to boot. If Watson or his team care AT ALL about his legacy or the optics of the organization, he has to look good this game or they have to win. Bare minimum be competitive. I don't trust them but I feel like they have a lot on the line with this game given last week. Which really leads to the defense IMO. They heat up a turnover prone Lawrence and they win a grinder.

NFL deemed Eagles as home team. So home won ATS.

Lol def my hypothetical opinion. I try to stay away from games where I see potential for a ton of variance/outcomes. Gun to my head I don't know who I would choose in that game, might be the only game this week I feel that way about except tonight's game lol but I did tease the bills.

To answer your question, I have a plethora of parlays, teasers, etc. $10k+ worth. I didn't bet jags/browns in any fashion.

Ha, yea I take it pretty serious. I'm not betting less than $1k usually unless it's an absolute long shot parlay. I'm also a high volume bettor, and very high volume live bettor. This is where I tend to profit the most, regularly. Understanding game management etc. But I do truly enjoy it too(football anyways). Basketball and baseball for action but a lifetime loser for sure, football I typically crush so thank god it's that time of the year!

I'm of the age of the golden years of Pokerstars and Full Tilt. Played a lotttt of poker over the years until they really made it impossible online in Idaho anyways maybe 2016. I still remember my first sports bet, 2018 Redskins Vs Saints. Saints moneyline I bet $500 to prove a point to a friend. Since then, millions of dollars worth no doubt. Heritage statement says 573 bets, $418k volume last month lol jesus.
