Raiders win - Miss out on high Draft Choice
Raider report fan thinks it was bad to win this game. Less chance to pick up QB Sanders from COLO.
Where's the fuckin power box, Carol?

If they want a top QB, Raiders now likely to give up multiple 1st Rd picks to move back up.

I'm hearing more buzz about Deion going to the Raiders or Cowboys. Could be a package deal with his son as QB.

This leads into my opinion on BYU +5.5 in the bowl. I think the HC/QB/Hunter have one foot out the door. Do they care?

The players are playing for their livelihoods. There is no way you can ask players to lay down and then they are out of a job next year so the team can draft higher.
When you compete for a living , you scratch for everything you can get.

I know that seems crazy to fans but I talked to multiple athletes who played pro sports in the NFL, NBA and MLB and everyone said the same thing.
Could you imagine being O’Donnell and not trying so he loses his job to a high draft pick next year? Or any player.
I get fans rooting for their teams but they aren’t thinking it through.
Chucky, you know I wouldn’t BS about this and I think I told you the story about some athletes I spoke to. We traded questions . They wanted to know horse racing things and I wanted to ask them stuff like this.
If I didn’t talk to you about this let me know and I will.

            Happy Holidays Chucky.

Hey, str. You did talk to me about this stuff.

You're 100% correct. The players want to stay in the league. O'Connell wants to put out good tape, in case he moves on to a new team.

Tanking is much tougher than people think. It has to be hugely orchestrated my Mgmt.

It's hard to tank against a team that is even worse than yourself. Not many of the teams in the current top 10 are dying for a franchise qb and this is hardly the class where teams will lose their minds to trade up for. When all is said and done if they pick in the top 5 they will get their hands on Ward or Sanders at cost. Creating a losing culture ( something they've had enough of ) is the least appealing trait of any team. They at some point will hope to lure in free agents and quality coaches, you don't do that by throwing in the bag, ala what the Giants are doing. Who wants to play for the Giants or Jets at this point? At least Vegas at a minimum has an amazing facility and good weather.

That’s a tough one. The Jets use Madden Ratings to rate players.
