There's no way in hell DTR should be seeing snaps as an NFL quarterback. How much bad film on one guys does a staff need to make a decision at the most crucial position? You can't tell me he's better than Bailey Zappe.

If anyone is actively "tanking" in this league it's the organization giving the keys to DTR.
