Often these sorts of issues relate to one malfunctioning network device affecting one area's routing to the site.
If you want to try for a fix that "might" get you in right now, I'd suggest using this public DNS server as it will very likely alter the route your current ISP owned DNS server is taking you on. https://one.one.one.one/dns/
No clue on FD (got shut off there a couple years back) but I always have log in issues at Caesars (can’t even leave the app for a minute, otherwise app freezes up…annoying as all heck).

FD login here is still lightening quick for me.
I'm still having geo location issues with DK though.
For reasons unknown, DK thinks I'm in NY periodically, the thing of it is I'm 20 miles north of Rye Brook (Westchester County) and 20 miles east Rockland County.

(it's a lot simpler than it sounds)
I dont really know much about this but the 1.1.1.1 thing is a fix or hack in a setting on your firestick if you take on the road like to a HILTON hotel now, for your free streaming for example hilton now its blocking you from logging into the wifi on your own firestick, so you go so some menu open the firestick browser and type in that address and presto you get on the browser the hilton WIfii connection log in and your firestick and the free streaming you have set up. so this is something to learn more about

It's useful for avoiding nanny blocking like that, but also it can help solve persistent routing issues in some cases. Basically because it "might" trace a different route from you to Fanduel and skirt around some bad router that hardly affects anything else, so is low priority for anyone to fix.
It's safe and easy to use on most devices. just sounds all techy.
