Bet365 3 Way Handicap on Baseball??

Can you please clarify how the 3 way handicap betting works for baseball.
Example: pit +3.0 1.86
Tie-pit +3.0 6.50
Cin -3.0 2.50
If someone bets on Cin -3.0 2.50...does this team need to win by 3 or 4 to win the bet? What if they win by 3, is it a push and do you get your money back?

Means game needs to be decided by 4 runs or else it is a draw. Meaning if you didnt take draw you lose.. it's just like soccer betting
