You go to SF State or you just find that on the web? Man, I heard the Cal State budget hit them hard over there. Kids listening to lectures through the doors and in the halls because of the cutbacks.

Increased tuition and lower quality education. Terrible.

Anytime you see a sensational "XYZ is illegal" type law question it's validity. The fact of the matter is that many laws are never repealed when they should be and they are never enforced. Loads of Supreme Court jurisprudence supersedes these laws making them impossible to follow to a valid conviction. States can not regulate private, sexual acts between any 2 (even same sex) consenting adults.

I believe these stupid laws do exist but holds no weight as Boner_18 mentioned above.

It's illegal to now wear a condem in Nevada? How do people start families?

                      This thing is false.

Incorrect. Anal sex is not illegal. No sexual act between two consenting adults (same sex or otherwise) can be made illegal by state law following the Supreme Court decision in Lawrence v. Texas.

It could be argued that it is unclear because you cannot prove a negative but in direct response to Lawrence v. Texas there are ZERO valid sodomy laws currently in place in any single state in the union.

I suppose a state COULD pass a sexual orientation neutral sodomy law and that would have to be tested in the Supreme Court but I doubt it would stand up to even rational basis review.

To be clear, sodomy is currently legal in all 50 states.
