    Superbook Withdrawal
I have an account at Superbook and want to request a Fedex payout before the month ends so I can get the free withdrawal for September. However, I have not met my full rollover yet?

I see their website shows my account balance as $5632.03and my available for withdrawal amount as $5204.88. If I request a $2500 Fedex withdrawal will my account balance and available for withdrawal amount both be reduced by $2500? Or will they take my $427.15 bonus that I still need to meet my rollover and reduce my account balance to $2704.88?

I do not want to request the withdrawal if it will result in losing the $427.15 bonus. Thanks.

Most books if you withdraw any amount before the rollover is met the Bonus is taken back. 99% sure your bonus is gone. I accually know one book that you can't withdraw before your rollover is met, (beted.com), not even an option.

I would wait for the rollover to be met!!! Unless it's a emergency for the money

I agree almost all books remove the bonus if you request a withdrawal before the rollover is met but Superbook and all the other EFS websites (sportsbook, linesmaker, etc) do not operate like most other books.

I would appreciate hearing from someone that has requested a withdrawal before their full rollover was met from one of these EFS websites.

        Right from EFS

" If a customer requests a payment of any amount before they fulfill the wagering requirement, all bonuses and winnings from wagering bonus funds will not be valid. "

Hope that helps, they even take back money won from the bonus!!!!!

In my experience, withdrawing does not affect the bonus money.

I tried to cash out from Bodog a few months ago, and they told me that a bonus rollover (from my last deposit was not met. As a result they removed only $14 (10% bonus from a $140 dep.). Since the amount was rather low and my withdrawal was was over $500, I just let them take it. Bodog has since stopped giving bonuses, and I am shopping around for a better book.

here is Bodog's reply when asked about it:

              -------------------
Thank you for contacting customer service regarding your rollover requirements. To withdraw the bonus you need to rollover the deposit and bonus received 5X. Your deposit was for $140 and you received $14 in bonuses requiring you to wager $770 in the sportsbook. As of xxxxxx at 8:15 am EST you have made $224 in total wagers and would need to wager a further $546 to withdraw the bonus portion of $14. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

              Best Regards,
              Customer Service

              ---------------
Rollover requirements make the bonus rather useless if you are a small timer like me. Also, this is why bonuses are not a free lunch. I think the sportsbetting IQ quiz indicated it was best to just take the bonus money and make a single high risk/ high reward bet with it and keep rolling it over. Given some rather hefty bonus requirements, I would agree, but if you win - watch out because the book may find a way to nullify your bonus winnings.

I made the mistake last year of accepting a 100% bonus from Betroyal, only to realize that it required 15x rollover, despite having a voicemail from one of the reps saying it was a 100% bonus with no rollover requirements. The account manager said he was sorry I misinterpreted what he said. Obviously, "no strings attached" means something different in BetRoyal lingo. They did eventually pay me out after I had bet $15,000, and I ended up clearing about 5k, which was substatially more then my original withdrawal request.

I really hate that rollover policy, why do you have to play $770 out of $140, it's gives them 5Xs the chance to get your money.

Maybe you guys are used to it, but in all the time i have played i never had to wait a rollover amount.

It makes sense if you put in 140 and got 14 bonus you should play 154 to make a WD , but not 770.........

Oh well to each there own

If you don't mind my asking, what book(s) do you play? I am curious because I am looking for a sportsbook that has offers bonues with minimal rollover requirments. As I said before, Bodog stopped giving bonuses around when the anti-gambling legislation was passed, and their requirements are an example of why you need to know the bonus requirements of your book.

Thanks but here is info on your book you sent me:

I would rather put my money on a reputable book that steals my bonuses.

Also why has SBR not reviewed this site, and what is the web address?

What can i say , well if you see the dates on those posts they are from 2005........ and if you read the last post that i posted yesterday you would see how i came across this forum ( that i like so far by the way) and what my response is ( AK said the number did not work, i ask anyone to call and see for yourself , it worked then and still works now).

That person AK has been denounced on this board as a website manager that charges $$$$ for "Good Reviews".

But there is really nothing i can write that can form your own opinion, just give them a call and find out, ask all the questions you want , and if you still don't feel ok. Then don't. I don't gain nor lose .

I just like spreading the word cause i'm happy with them.

P.S. Sorry to all others, i did not want to Hi-Jack the Theard, just responding to the statement made

And SBR Should Review them..........i wish they would

you will lose the bonus money you have in your account if you request any type of withdrawl. It happened to me last year when i only withdrew a little hoping to meet the rollover with the remaining funds.
