Sheraton grand casino in Escazu as well as best western irazu in the SJ area both have Heritage bet boxes. I recommend the Sheraton grand as it’s a much nicer neighborhood.

hotel cocal in jaco also takes bets but you have to maneuver around all the scantily clad hookers...very difficult

What cab or uber type service can you trust there to be safe and not rob you? I know in colombia some cab drivers will pick up white westerners and pull guns on them.
