Who can help me get my bad beat jackpot money from Betonline they are playing a lot of childish games trying not to pay me I won with quad tens losing to a strait flush .it is only Jacks or better when the tournament first starts,the pot was 633,000when I hit it didn’t not trigger the bad beat jackpot probably because they have ben having software problems anyway who can help me this is very stressful ben gambling with Betonline almost four years and never cashed out finally win enough to cash out and they try and get out of paying.

As we mentioned in the complaint filed yesterday, the house rule is clear. While it was a rough beat, it didn't qualify for the Bad Beat Jackpot reward:
"In order to qualify for the Bad Beat Jackpot, the players must lose in a hand where they hold a 4 of a kind Jacks, or a better hand. Both hole cards must be included in the Bad beat hand, as well as in the winning hand."Comment -

he might be talking about this part of the rules, but unless the banner changed ( a screenshot of it would have been golden ) we will never know for sure.
Plus, as the jackpot grows, we will periodically make the qualifying hand easier, increasing your chances of hitting the big one!
