If they would let someone use the forgot password link from an iPhone then another account would not have been opened. They’ve known about the iPhone problem for a month now and have not found a fix. From what the rules state, it’s the “bonus communication” rule that says it’s limited to one per household (whatever that means). I guess if they send you a bonus offer it’s only intended for you and not everyone in the household?
