He’s had mental illness issues for years. Many homeless people are mentally ill. Not much you can do if the guy won’t take his meds. Hopefully, he won’t kill anyone as he used to have a large cache of weapons. Sad but you would be surprised how many people suffer from mental illness. 1 out of every 4 people will suffer a mental episode in their lifetime.
