I made a deposit at BetUs and they charged no processing fees or anything. They are also good at getting CC transactions to go through and they even gave me an awesome bonus when the first attempt did not go through to get me to try again.

International gift card might work. Maybe, buy a smaller amount first and if it doesn’t fly / but gas and groceries.

You could report your card lost or stolen and get a replacement card.
