Unofficially - there have been problems with SBR's current software since the ownership change. Certain actions can cause accounts to crash. Such accounts can't post, PM, or even give someone a betpoint to get their attention. SBR's contact us and email addresses are currently down. New accounts can have the same issues. Crashed accounts are in the dark and on their own.

Such account holders could try creating an account at bookmakersreview dot com and post a thread in Bettor's chat to say who they are and that their SBR account has crashed. This may, or may not, help since there have already been multiple fake or questionable accounts causing trouble over there.
