Hey Andy: do you know any race books that will be open to NC residents come 3/11? Pari mutual is legal then but I can't seem to find a legal race book for NC. Maybe Fanduel?

FanDuel has all wagering on one sign-in, so you should be able to bet the horses on March 11. But I'm waiting just in case and would like an official word on that.

I have not gotten any feedback yet on TwinSpires. They are not in the first group approved, but I'd be shocked if they didn't enter NC at some point.

BetMGM and Draft Kings have racebooks, but they are separate sign-ins from the sportsbooks. So I'm guessing no horses there, at least not at the start.

THX Seattle: I have not checked with FD yet. But I know Caesars will not be offering the horses to NC at this time. If you hear anything else hit us back. thx . will do the same.

Right, I forgot about Caesars, they also have a separate log-in for horses.

Anyone on the border of a state that doesn’t offer it? I’m in SC, but live right on the NC border. Can I drive across and play?

You should be close to Cherokee casino, right? We used to go there from Upstate SC, about 2 hour drive. But that was before they added sports betting and horse betting.

Funny, we're near Raleigh, NC now, but we're 4 hours from Cherokee in the same state, yet it was only two hours when we were in SC.

The NC casinos have had the sports and horse betting a couple years now. They'll probably lose a ton of business when people can bet from anywhere next week.

No I’m on the coast. I lived in Greenville and would go to Cherokee to play cards.

I’ve got a good local but will try to hit these guys for bonuses.

Has anyone claimed that whole $2900 worth?

Any reviews of the Apps or Interfaces?

I hate the auto logout sites too. At least give me a more reasonable time before doing it.

Does any tech head know why they do it? Is it really a lot more secure that way to justify the large inconvenience?

Free $70 is not big but I'd pick it up off the ground if I saw it.

Remember these are just pre-launch offers. You'll get the normal welcome offers as well.

May as well take them all whilst you can this one time.

Many of the ongoing offers are going to target smaller bettors, in part to avoid criticism for trying to get people to bet larger than they otherwise would, and partly due to those players being the bread and butter that allows them to tolerate larger sharp players better. But whoever you are, if you have the time and patience to actually collect all that is offered they do add up to a decent amount over a year.
                                .
