    I don't understand 3 x rollover reqmt
Can someone please help a newbie understand what exactly does it mean to have a 3 x rollover requirement? I win a little money at Bookmaker.com's poker site and they put the winnings in my "freeplay" account". I bet it all on a football game. I win. They put the winnings in my real money account. OK, so now my real money account has some money in it that was in there before and also, it's got the win that came from the football game winnings. No risk so far on that freeplay win. Now I have to risk the winnings 3 more times, right? OK, but now if I make another bet, say for the exact amount of the freeplay win, do they consider that bet as having come from the portion of my real money account that was won from the freeplay win or do they just consider it as having come from the other money that was already in there?

Win $100 in freeplay, win that bet, say it pays $100 (you had 5k in acct ), now $5100, just need $300 more in action.

Whatever the deposit + bonus, you must bet amount 3 complete times.

If you deposit $1000 and receive a $100 bonus, you would need $3300 in volume. A $100 free account would require $300 (but free accounts usually have a higher rollover.)

When figuring out volume, most books use the LESSER of the at risk or to win amount. If you bet a big favorite, $500 to win $100, this will usually count as only $100. A normal sides bet risking $110 to win $100 would also count as $100. If you bet a dog - $100 to win $500, that would use the at-risk amount, or $100 as well.
