From what I can remember off the top of my head, It's a price per head (pph) (Bet1234.com)type shop Destroyer. I remember a few years ago that one agent stiffed a player for like 6 dimes. Other than that I really don't know too much about them.

EasyToWager I believe has a lot of the old Hollywood flavor to them these days, but don't quote me on that.
