Take a look at your contract. Typically you can release your agent if you take your house off the market, but a lot of them have terms in the contract stating something to the effect that "if the agreement is terminated prior to completion of the 90 day term, seller agrees not to re-list house for X number of days".

Me To, around 2003 some newbie broad realtor was showing us houses and couldn't unlock the lock boxes.

Another chump brought us into the wrong house ( it was unlocked)....could have got shot that day !

Hop Sing still doesn't have a lockbox here.
