Mallet ... Pryor will be another one of those quarterbacks who exceeds in college on pure athleticism and struggles in the NFL with fundamental throws and reads

Mallet should put up 7 touchdowns because he is a better NFL prospect. It is guaranteed.

I actually forgot about the Rose Bowl last year. He looked good in the game last night as well. My bad, but you are certaintly right about the couple of Heisman's. But as is the case a lot of times, recruits never pan out to what they were graded out as. I just laugh at how Tressel even allowed the 5 suspended players to play last night, unreal.

If the draft were being held tomorrow, Mallet might be in the vicinity of the 10th-15th quarterback taken, Pryor might go in the last or next-to-last round, or maybe not at all.

Someone else on here last night compared Mallett to Drew Bledsoe! I completely agree....good but not great QB....too much of a statue to be great! Manning & Brady aren't scramblers but they have quick enough feet to find an opening to throw! Luck/Newton/Gabbert/Mallett imo! Pryor would be a beast at WR with his size/speed!!

Mallet has the skills to be NFL quarterback. Star? Difficult to say that, but at least the receivers there will catch most of his throws.
