I'm a soccer bettor and I don't believe so. You don't usually see instant jaw dropping movements.

There were billions wagered during the World Cup last summer and the lines actually moved the wrong way many times.

not surprised by this as many bettors will probably bet based on national pride rather than the sharper side.
