principle.. as i told sbr this morning, i would never even use this money for me. i told them i'd never withdraw it, just use it for NSS.com and contests and trivia. does this sound like i really wanted these pts for me???

and i am not too happy for sbr trying to tarnish my name. i swear to god, if this wasn't just some internet gambling site, i would sue the fukk out them.. but not for a gambling site. like if this was my office workplace and i was completely innocent like this, i would sue that company for big money for this.
i have no idea why they even think i am involved. they are really tarnishing my name. in fact, i am not even so sure that billy or johnny think it's me. no one has said anything yet to me. i do want them to tell me this to my face mind you if they do think it's me. i doubt they think it's me..

Nina's implying Peanut is a she, which I assume to be the case as Nina doesn't tend to throw crap out there for no reason, but the only thing Peanut ever did on here was go on about 'his' lust for Judie, including starting threads. My female friends on here that don't want their gender known defnitely don't try to disguise it by continuing to post about having the hots for another female. They simply say nothing and fly below the radar.

Nicky, the person you should be pissed at is JJ - not other posters who have simply followed his lead. If it wasn't for his obsession with forum drama, this all would've died by now once the Mods figured out what was going on. Instead, he started this silly thread and now you have people continuing to point their finger at you.

For what it's worth, I think you're innocent and I did from the start, simply because from everything JJ's told me about you privately, I don't think you're this stupid although your constant insistence that you don't care about points isn't helping you at all since you chose to log in each day to receive them during your lengthy hiatus from posting on the site. However creating an account just to transfer a massive amount of points in one shot is beyond idiotic and I hope the majority of posters on here are also too intelligent to attempt to try something so blatantly stupid. i swear as i was just taking my bath, i was saying to myself, why the hell am i here defending myself to all these posters for?? for the last 48 hrs, the whole discussion was about how peanut's acct was not real or whatever.. not one person even came close to mentioning me as a scammer. when i spoke to lou this morning, he didnt even say they were investigating me, he said they are just waiting for peanut to become a pro and prove his identity.. nothing about me.

then i realized why this has turned fast all on me only.. and the answer is JJgold. that kid is a freakin instigator.. he is the reason this has all turned on me. since his thread title about if i am innocent or not, 29 posters have come in and said NO, and of these 29 posters, not one said anything about me the last 2 days, till jj created this thread... he caused this. he is an instigator. i thought he'd be a pal and help me out like the first 2 days of this, but instead, he turned this against me and the kids are all following him.

Metal buddy, funny you say this because 25 min ago, i wrote an email to bill dozer and i was going bollistic on him. i told him i demand an apology by a mod soon about this whole ordeal because sbr is tarnishing my name and i don't like this one bit. i have a name here and i want to keep it.

i also told him i will be on the next plane to C.R. to take a polygraph and bringing 25k cash with me and if i fail it and i do know what's going on and i'm connected with this, he can keep my 25k cash and not reimburse my trip, and ban me. and if i pass test which i will, to just put the 5k pts in my acct, reimburse my fees and a full apology here at sbr..

i told him to do this asap, or put the 5k in my acct. lets see if he does it cause i swear to god i'll be on the next plane to C.R if he accepts. i want to prove i have nothing to do with this and if this is what it takes, then lets do it.

With the changes in how points are treated effective today, and with this being such a big transfer, it is reasonable to me that SBR would look into this and want to verify that this transaction occurred within the rules of SBR. If as Nicky states, he did nothing wrong, which I am inclined to believe, then I would certainly hope that SBR would apologize to Nicky in this thread, not for checking the validity of the transaction, but apologize for allowing the Coach to create a thread that attacks Nicky's honor and integrity. I too find Nicky's posts to be a good read. I realize a 150-200 post thread is good for business, but it shouldn't be at the personal expense of our good posters.

Even if you don't believe his post about being willing to go to CR, do you honestly believe he's this stupid? I don't know. I only know what I've seen of him during the past 2 years and what JJ's told me about him but I really would be shocked to discover he is this dumb. I think he appears quirky and kooky from time to time, but definitely not downright mentally challenged. And if he's a perennial con-artist, you'd think he'd use one of the many other ways to go about scamming points instead of doing it like this, right before the transfer changes took effect.

Maybe I'm just naive. Wouldn't be the first time but I really think he's innocent here. I do think though that this bloody Peanut person not answering the question as to why he/she chose Nicky as the recepient for their points isn't helping matters at all. Right, but the only reason this turned into a shitstorm is Nicky is insisting he should keep the 5k points, and Peanut came back from not posting to post about how the points were unfairly confiscated and to "watch out if you win big".

He's so incredibly guilty and it's not even close.
