I have played at various books within the Superbook family of books for years and have not had problems with bonuses getting taken back. However, when I requested a withdrawal today I got the below mesage:
Please note that withdrawals may result in the loss of some
or all of your bonuses that have no expiry dates.
Are you sure you want to continue with this withdrawal?
I did make a deposit recently and received a 5% bonus but I placed enough wagers to cover the rollover. My sportsbook account balance matches my "available for withdrawal" amount so I don't understand why I got the below message for the first time.
Did anyone else see this message when requesting a withdrawal?
Do I need to wait a specific number of days after my deposit to avoid the bonus being taken back?
