Tel aviv seems like a happening city, like something a cool city you would see in the Mediterranean or southern Europe. Jerusalem seems like a religious mess. It would be great if parts of Israel would be totally secular and not just for jews but develop along the lines of the south of france, monaco, southern spain, and alot of Mediterranean cities and get away from all the religious crap that separates people . Casinos, nice hotels, thriving tourist industry, there are some gorgeous olive skinned girls on on the Mediterranean in Israel, they have a booming tech industry, and the drug laws are a hell of alot better than the US, and most European cities.

(The quantities idea was abandoned in the UK on the grounds of its impracticality). In Israel the quantities are proposed to be set as follows:
