Basically how it would work is at SBR employees discretion you have points taken away from you for various violations, now if you have no points the balance will be negative of course and the daily points given will get you back in blue eventually..

All penalty points accrued by SBR will then be used in contest giveaways at a later date

This is something that should have been done a long time ago. Only effective if you penalize "over" posters too. Do it.

I think the victim of the fight should have to answer a trivia question to get points. If the victim fails to answer the trivia question the fight can continue.
