I won a 60 pt freeplay on the trivia about 45 min ago and i don't see an option in the sports book.
There are many threads about this people. The freeplays are credited the following day.

What if there were a snapping of fingers that broke the hypnosis?
I won trivia almost 24 hours ago and still no freeplay?
Hey Jake - The freeplays are credited the following day, just like BTP. So in this case trivia was on November 3rd. Freeplays will be credited during business hrs on the 4th.

Are you actually this dumb? Someone asked why they didnt get the freeplay points back when they won their freeplay wager. I was saying that it would not be a freeplay if you got the points back. Seriously get rid of that avatar, you are an embarrassment.

Dude, what happened to you? We used to have fun in your NBA totals thread last year and you were actually posting things that made sense. You were also talking about wagers that would make one think you wouldn't care about SBR points. Especially not to the point where you'd flip out on chat twice and keep posting nonsense about your freeplay. Not sure when the change happened but thanks for the heads up to avoid the next thread you start. Seriously not what I expected of you. My fault.

Did someone hit you in the head with a hammer? I need a translator.

Sure Shari i will just take the bashing no problem
There are a lot of good questions in this thread that just sort of got ignored. I'd appreciate if someone (mods?) answered them. For example, can we bet both sides of a game? Are teasers or parlays allowed? What's the max payout on freeplay bets? Since when did trivia award freeplay instead of real points? And why are things around here getting less and less valuable? (Are we ever going to see sportsbook cash in the SBR store again?)

All of these questions have been answered elsewhere several times - no one's trying to duck answers. It's just helpful when people utilise the search function on the forum as it's difficult for us to find each question and repeat the same answers.
1. Yes you can bet both sides of a game. But keep in mind you don't receive the value of a freeplay bet back when your winnings are counted. Same as a sportsbook freeplay. So if you have a 100pt freeplay and bet 50 pts on each side of a +100 line, you'll end up with 50 points in your wallet. You can't bet both sides and receive the full value - you need to bet it on one side to do so.
2. Yes teasers and parlays are allowed. Parlays are limited to 10 teams.
3. Max payout on a freeplay is 55,000 points
4. Announced October 28th. Over 2 weeks ago. 10 page thread that was stickied in Players Talk for over a week.
5. Things are actually quite valuable. It's all how you view it and what you're looking to buy. Do a search for the value of SBR points and you'll find an awesome spreadsheet created by a poster that will show you exactly how much value you get depending on which item you purchase.
6. The day a legal team tells John that it is 100% legal to allow US citizens to purchase sportsbook cash, he will gladly put the option back up. To this day though, no one will do so. At this point we can either have it one of two ways: 1. Get angry that these archaic anti- online gambling laws are in place in the US and try to do whatever us little people can to change that while still enjoying SBR or 2. Expect a business owner to risk losing it all so 50% of his user base (the majority of whom aren't and weren't even Pros in the first place when sportsbook cash was available) have the possibility of buying something they may or may not utilise. Easy choice there.
If you have other questions and don't feel like searching, let me know.
The original plan was casino I think. Or at least it looked that way in the original thread when points changes were announced months ago. But the overwhelming majority wanted sportsbook freeplays for contest winnings.
And before the tinfoil hatters get in: Each of the freeplays is credited manually. That's why I say wait until early afternoon the next day (for you impatient folk on the US east coast). It's a matter of typing in each user number and assigning the freeplay... to ask to try to figure out who wants it in the sportsbook, in the casino or in their ear is unreasonable. And then what do you do when you get the "hi shari, i'd really like my freeplay to be in the sporstbook this week instead of the casino because bama are a lockkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk but put it back to casino after the game. Ummm, no.
Please be realistic. This isn't a money making book. This is something fun online where when you bust out, you can still earn more points just by logging in the next day. I appreciate the fact that people want to haggle but come on now... the money you deposited to become a Pro is yours. Even if you lose that money the next day, you have the chance to make it back 5x with points. Get bent if you say the program isn't worth it.
As in what? I've used several and they all work fine. 1. You need to sign into the sportsbook at least one time before you can receive the freeplay (you would've received a private message from either Dax or myself asking you to do this) 2. After that, please follow this. If you still have trouble, and have confirmed you're actually owed something, let me know. I've used several freeplays now and they all work fine so if you're owed one, we'll sort it out
Shari,
Nice job answering questions on the board. It was informative. Thanks for your patience in answering questions. Also thanks to Dax (administrator) for answering the really stupid questions I sent via PM. SBR does fantastic job.
If you get a push using free plays it that considered the same as a loss? Do we lose our free play points if we push?
Right, that's the idea of free plays and is generally how it works across all online sportsbooks. Freeplays are a free roll or free shot at that play. If there is not return, it's gone. A lot of books will credit you back if you point out the push and ask but the software is supposed to give the one try. Some folks will wait to get the half point to make sure no pushes or bet parlays.
