That is not normal. your systolic/diastolic levels are through the roof. High blood pressure, if you have any underlying heart condition, you might expect some chest pain (Angina) or potentially a heart attack in the near future. Go see a doc, he will probs prescribe you with some sort of cardio/High BP prevention drug to take daily.

If i may ask how much do you weigh? Because you may also wnat to get a Hb1Ac check to see if you are a potential diabetic as most diabetic remain undiagnosed for the first 4-7 years!

FYI normal levels are Diastolic < 85 and systolic < 130. If you came into my dental surgery i would send you to a doctor/hospital immediately. Please see a medical specialist ASAP!

That is 'stroke' territory. Are you sure those numbers are correct. 120/80 is normal. 80-110 for your sugar (fasting). Was that a podiatrist (foot doctor) you saw? If you went to the ER, they would admit you and administer IV meds to get that down. Go get it treated ASAP. Don't delay, since it is taking a toll on your organs and blood vessels even if you don't stroke out. I heard people say, "Ah, I'm so depressed, I don't care if I die."
