Despite knowing perfect strategy like the back of my hand I ALWAYS lose at blackjack. Like every single time I lose 9 hands out of 10. Not exaggerating at all the stats on me are a huge statistical anomaly.

On the super rare occasion or two where I actually win a few hands the dealer gets rewarded handsomely.

Never feel obligated to tip a bj dealer. If I'm winning and the dealer is friendly, then I will tip by making a few bets for them.

I always play their tip too. I love playing all the hardaways for the crew on Craps. I think they like this better.

Depends how much you bet, but I think a couple bets here and there for the dealer or if you hit some Black jacks and you get that little extra change throw it their way ect....
