    Can you gamble at indian reserve casinos at 18?

    What is the age regarding indian casinos? Especially referring to Miami. Thanks for the help.

    It's 18 in Minnesota for the Indian casinos. They don't give free alcohol when gambling though.

    I think 18 is for some Indian Casinos, and 21 for ones that serve alcohol

    In MN it used to be 18 in all casinos but I think that has changed since I was 18.

    In Michigan Soaring Eagle in Mt. Pleasant is the only 18+ casino all the others are 21+. They grandfathered Soaring Eagle in because they hold concerts catering to CMU students.

    a 14yr old could walk on that floor and play. they dont check for anything there the times ive been.

    Foxwoods and Mohegan are 21 to gamble. Both of those resorts are on full Indian controlled land.

    In OK any Cherokee is 21 and up..most of the others: Choctaw, Downstream (Mo, OK), are 18........

    In Oklahoma it varies depending on the tribe's compact agreement and policies of the casino...
