Brock got -5 on Xavier because that's what my guy gave him. That's how a local works (for those that don't know). Yes a local works off an originating line however if he is getting pounded hard on one side it is at his discretion to move it regardless of what you see on sbrodds. com, it's his business after all. Sometimes you get a line better than what is currently available, sometimes a worse one.
