I talked with Customer Service there and they told me if I was having problems try using their mirror site, www.propbet.com for the next few days. I did and it's worked perfectly so far today.
Cookies and cache are not the issue. I have cleared all, and still get logged out of the site every few clicks. Using latest Firefox 11. I hope 5 Dimes fixes this.
Does anyone else get worried when your on chat or phone with a customer service rep and they ask for your account number and password to look at the problem in your account? What's stopping them from someone hacking your account?
This is getting annoying. Live wager I made tonight never got submitted (unbeknownst to me until too late) because it apparently logged me out (although I wasn't transferred to the login screen this time). Of course, it was a winner.
Wow so many gamblers in this forum are unwilling to change direction- adjust their thinking- or just stop for a second to think wait... maybe I should do this- instead of what I'm doing right now.
If they thought that way then they would realize propbet.com is working fine- and has been since t his problem started at 5dimes main site.
Moment I noticed the problem days ago I hopped on propbet.com.
