**milwaukee mike REVIEW OF VIVID SEATS
i think it is a good idea to use sbr sponsors from time to time, so i recently bought tickets from vivid seats for an upcoming game at wrigley field.

let me say their customer service is not good. i called asking about free shipping (which was showing up the day before on my order) and the gentleman said they never had a free shipping promotion. i told him to ask a manager, which he claims he did, and gave me the same answer.

well, i am not THAT crazy, i saw the free shipping promo for more than one day when i was looking at tickets so they are either dumb or lying.

but we move on. i get the 4 tickets emailed this morning, and they are in adjacent sections rather than all together.
live chat is pretty pathetic, it's just one customer service rep and even though i was 2nd in the queue it was almost an hour and i was still stuck as 1st in the queue so i finally gave up and called.

their hold music/talking is loud and full of static, pretty annoying.

after being on hold for about 5 minutes, it was cleared up to my satisfaction.

the other thing to note is that they add a "service charge" to the ticket price, but they show it and the shipping quickly on the 2nd screen before you have to put in any info.

SO OVERALL THEY HAVE SOME ISSUES TO DEAL WITH, BUT I WAS LEFT HAPPY.

I WOULD RECOMMEND VIVID SEATS, EVEN WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES, JUST DON'T USE THE LIVE CHAT.

looks like the buying fees are high but the selling fees are slightly lower than stubhub.

I agree about the live chat. In lieu of going pro, I asked a rep if I could purchase 3 tickets to a Reds game on Memorial Day weekend instead of 4 (the tix were in groups of 2 or 4, first row). She said no because they didn't want to be left with a single ticket. Understandable I guess, but selling 3 is better than selling none, and as of today, those tix are still available. I got different tickets for the same game, but I handled the transaction by myself rather than dealing with another rep. Should recieve tix today hopefully. Just waiting for my pro app to be reviewed.

Wow im about to order 9 tickets thru them for the mid june Mets/TB game here
After reading that im not sure I want all the hassle plus the main thing is I need to get the seats together
it's all family. THis is 1 of 2 option I think is a good idead to use to go pro.

Received the tix on the date advertised (5/14)......tix are together in same row.....hopefully finalizing my Pro status. For my transaction with Vivid Seats, I'll give an A
