What Caribbean Islands Have Legal Sportsbetting

I'm specifically thinking of going to Puerto Rico... But I doubt they have sportsbetting as they are a US territory. If another nearby island has it (BVI, USVI?) i'd think about spending a couple extra bucks to get there so I could bet sports on my trip.

Anyone have 1st hand experience?

Far as I know PR does not have sports.Went to Saint Marteen for my honeymoon.All the casinos have sports-betting, buts its limited.All have NFL and college but other stuff is hard to find.Although a few casinos downtown have kiosks in them for sports betting and those machines have everything under the sun for soccer and tennis!!
