Fight should be sanctioned for Donkey's protection. To ensure medical attention is on standby, so Donkey can receive this proper medical attention promptly.

Sanctioned fights look at your medicals & they have to make sure that you are medically fit. They can’t have someone who is sick fighting a guy who is not sick, because the other guy can get killed. That is why it’s called a sanction fight. Sanctioned fights have to look into everything to make sure everything is str8, so there will not be any accidents or lawsuits.
