#177You said it yourself Jake. No apologizing. We’re good! Get the next one!Comment -
#178I think a few of the world players are loose aggressive. Maybe it works in this format?.Comment -
#179Opti you cannot trick us to play differently lol. We are too experienced.Comment -

#187GG Arun. Way to get us back in!!!Comment -
#188Thanks much guys - appreciate it. Not been a great day for us, if this helps right the ship a bit, fantastic, best of luck to those left to play!
Was strange tourney, was doing really well early, chipped up to a very nice lead without any big pots really. Then made a very questionable call of a preflop reraise allin. A call that I really didn't want to make, I felt like I was beat, especially the way the table was playing, but the odds were good, and my hand was strong enough that it didn't seem so clear what the proper play was.
Luckily despite losing that hand managed to get it allin with AA later and despite getting one outed on the turn, managed to resuck out on river to win the hand. Then after a nice win of a flip three handed, took it down without any complications.
Let's do this guys!!Last edited by ArunSh; 12-03-20, 06:12 PM.Comment -
#189solid work Arun, hopefully we can snare a few more tonightComment -
#190Never played with Auto, and only once with Chucky and Miklos who had horseshoes up their ass. Any general info is appreciatedComment -

whhhhhaaammmmmyyy!!!Comment -
#198Great job chaoz! This thing is tight as heck so any points are huge, we can do this, I feel it!Comment -
#199
The thing is even if you're the low man, once blinds go up you can really build your stack jamming and stealing. Patience is key.
Get em Frank. I was low man pretty much the whole way until I knocked out Miklos. Selective aggression is key.
LET"S GO!!!Comment -
#200Props, chaoz:
1) The AJ vs AJ hand was interesting. I was happy w/ a push there.
2) On the final hand...was just hoping u didn't have a 4. I'm 100% ok exiting that way. Wrote about it in the East thread.
Congrats on the win. Very tough table.Where's the fuckin power box, Carol?Comment -
#201
Every time in my life I get big hands early, I don't think I've ever cashed. I knew I had to be patient because they weren't going to keep flowing.Comment -
#202That's the way it is, right? Way for a big hand...and no-action.
Your 55 vs 44 hand against Miklos was interesting. Very tough. If I'm Miklos, I might not fold that, either.Where's the fuckin power box, Carol?Comment -
#203
They did try to throw in the straight chance because we can't have nice things.Comment -
#204Great work Chaoz!! lets finish STRONG!Comment -
#205Thanks! Bad beat for Tire on the river. Just got home so I don't know what happened before, he was down to about 420.
Hopfully make some move in the 10/11 pm. Patience is key guys. A lot of places have been 4th places. Can sit back and wait to strike with the blind levels and structure. Bait guys into mistakes.
I did my first two but got rivered by few outters.
We're on the rise!Comment -
#206Obv Aggie dropping out would be optimal here.
No works Frank and Tire. You guys will get it done tomorrow. Variance is a bitch. We are closing fast!Comment -
#207Hate to say it but my goose is cooked. 3 days of bad play and bad beats usually would make me sit out a month. Good luck guys. This can't end soon enough for me.Comment -
#208
I made maybe two actual play tonight (a re raise when I was getting cont bet every time I checked in a spot). This structure doesn't allow for a lot of craziness.
Like I said though. Even if you have pennies late, jamming on blinds/getting a call you can build up quick. The key is to not bust early unless it's a spot you can't fold.
You're one of our top guys. Finish it off strong tomorrow. You should have a good idea of the guys now 3 days in a row
EDIT: Somehow aggie had 170 left but got 2nd. Him and lobo were super low and he avoided elimination with nothing several ti mes.
Still within 3? Closed the gap immensely.Last edited by thechaoz; 12-03-20, 09:55 PM.Comment -

#210alot of our lower ranked players are too loose preflop and just limping in too much. if you're first to open then you should be opening with a raise. if you cant open raise then dont play that hand. if youre limping with anything playable then you should be limp trapping with all your huge hands too which could mean disaster because you allow the blinds to get in free and hit the board hard. Make them pay to play. The limp/trap strategy with huge hands should only be used against super aggro preflop opponents. Not many of those are on this site.Comment
