I promise one thing guys. If that 2 points cost us the tourney, and the world team wins it, I will be banned from this site for life.

First off, I played like shit and got the full doom switch turned on as if I slapped someone's daughter.

Second, how can they justify deleting a tourney that SBR had full control to lock out players after it was full?

When I do get banned, just want to say it was a pleasure hanging and clicking buttons with all of you.

Don't do anything silly frank - site is better having you here for sure, not worth it over something which is for shits and giggles only at end of the day! I do agree it will be pretty irritating if we get dicked over by that, but not worth doing anything drastic over.

And yes I saw your last tourney ugh also, but it's just one tourney, don't let it get you down, crazy things happen in poker in short term though obviously never good when you are on the bad end of it.

I do agree this whole thing about tourneys being "full" yet somehow an extra person manages to register, what's that about, surely ought to have been easy to make sure that wasn't possible.

World lost two tourneys.. why focus anger on them?

You won't be banned for crying about it, but I'll think you're being unreasonable for attacking any other team or claiming you are the one who would have benefited if it wasn't cocked up. All teams missed out on any chance.

Huge drama to end it, either 3 way tie for 1st or we take it all - this is what makes the World Cup what it is!

Though if we wind up not getting it will be lamenting my missed chance to probably cash today and costing us the clear win. But ok every team can point to chances they missed - it's not a game of what ifs! Glad we will at least tie for 1st though, was looking pretty bad a few hours ago, thought we were gonna get 3rd - great job to the night crew for coming in clutch!

Yes, though last year was only a two way tie. If three way tie this year, guess we will each get 3333 betpoints and 2667 rollover points - not bad certainly! Though of course 10000 straight points would be even nicer

Because of their own stupid mistake. I was joking (and pissing off my own team) about angle shooting and registering to take down the leading teams score. Why? Because it was a reality with "the decision?" I haven't been on since the 7pm, which I won, because I had plans and didn't want to seeth in anger.

The fact is fried had to overcome to World players, one changing the game completely going all in, DID NOT benefit from said all ins, and still beat out essentially 4 other guys fair and square.

I proposed a West 2 points, central and East 1 point, and obviously World 0 with whatever else comes with that.

Ya I was in the East last year and that was brutual. I hate ties. They are for Soccer and Canadians. I'd rather of had a showdown or tie breaker.

Gotta get back to the bar, let me know where I stand. The reliable updates are hard to find with several threads going.

Great job guys! Again good job to the night crew for coming in with big results late when it looked like we were going to have to settle for 2nd or 3rd for sure! We did great, and as I said we were the only team without some snafu (missed or double tourney), best team spirit perhaps!

Was great being on team with you guys, can't lie I'm extra disappointed in myself for not cashing today when I really probably had a chance, but again tons of whatif situations over the tourneys, no point in playing that game, just is what it is, and a tie for 1st ain't bad!!

No worries man Good job. I did a quick count but a lot of guys I don't know what teams they are on.

By the standings and my count we got 2nd, which is the same and splitting first (we need to have a tie breaker, most 1sts anyone)?

I'm on mobile and going off the Genie edit after the 9pm, and counting the 10 and now 11. I remember last year it was a tie so don't we split the second prize too?

Great work though. Back to back Ws felt nice after getting 6 and 4 outted in the previous games so not even cash.

Was on the rocks today but sort of had a feeling I needed to go for the 1st place.

It was very distracting with everything going on but we managed to power through.

Don't sweat it frank, you did your best as we all did. Lot of variance in this, some days/weeks the deck just laughs at you, that's poker. Unfortunate it was in the Finals, but you can't control that. You're a great player, and I hope you will be back in future years.

No. Inconsistent update, no actual ruling offically on the mess, World doesn't get punished at all for their "accident". No tie breakers for penetrates sake? Especially after last year.

Actually, it was a complete shit show. I'd suggets they double check the results if Sammy is keeping track.

If I ran a tournament like this in my Poker room manager days, I'd be calling the unemployment line every Sunday.
