Looks like PA - so that makes sense since they are regulated there. 2Sweeet, try entering the club manually instead of clicking the link.

I don't think we can edit that, so Debi might need to cancel that tourney setup and make a new one to get rid of it.
You need to apply to join the club Jackpot

The direct link only works if you have the Pokerstars client installed. So I am guessing your PA version is not the correct one.

I think you might need the .net version of their software https://download.pokerstars.net/client/download/

I was unable to use the regular client either.
Anyone else chime in to confirm? I'm not 100% certain myself yet.

You can be 100% certain now that you are 100% correct. I'm going to add the manual codes to Debi's post as an option as well.

I had the same problem trying to get the .net software from Australia.

I used a VPN to get the client and signup.

After that you dont need a VPN to use it.
