      Well I play Tournament blackjack, not professionally but it's without a doubt still a game using some skill.

        Some MIT students managed to make huge profits from black jack they even had a movie made about it pretty interesting. just google "mit blackjack" the movie was called "21 the movie"

            Ya, I dont think you can be a professional blackjack player because the only thing you need to have is a little card telling you when to hit and when to stay.

                There was a time when Casino's used a single deck and players who were able to count cards made a killing, but this time has long since passed. Nowadays Casino's use multiple decks of cards rendering card counting useless. And there is no 'system' to win at Blackjack. At best if you play a mathematically correct game you can reduce the house odds to a little over 50%, much like craps. The only winner over the long-haul is going to be the house in either case.
